Registration

Participants are requested to register in advance, through this web site.

At the symposium, the registration desk will be open in the lobby of the Conference Hall on Sep. 8 from 17:00 to 18:00 and every day during the Symposium from 9:00 to 17:00.

Registration Fees

Registration fees for general participants include all scientific program, symposium proceeding, the welcome party and accommodation (4 nights). Students' fees are applicable only to university students.
The payment is only cash on the day of symposium at the reception.

Registered no later than July 30, 2013:
General Participant ...35,000 yen
Student......20,000 yen

Registered after July 30, 2013:
General Participant ................45,000 yen
Student......................25,000 yen

Participants' and students' fees include the following:

1. Symposium package;
2. Symposium proceeding;
3. Accommodations during the symposium(4 nights)
4. All meals during Symposium;
5. Drinks at Poster Sessions;
6. Excursion tour.

Accommodation (Japanese style)

Basically, accommodation during the symposium is included in the registration fee. The rooms that the committee has prepared are Japanese twin rooms for professors. Those for students are lodge style where 5~10 peoples will stay together. Hot spring (ONSEN) can be available for all participants.

Dinners are either Buffet or BBQ style, and Japanese style dinner will also be served once. If the participant wants to use a twin room by oneself, an additional fee will be charged.
